Six Sunday sessions, September 13 through October 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. PT. Each workshop is up to two hours.
Every session is live and interactive, with space for questions, activities, and group discussion.
Your registration includes you and one partner or support person, so you prepare together with a shared understanding.
You will receive digital resources used throughout the series to support your learning between sessions.
A single private Zoom link for the complete series keeps joining simple and consistent.
The cohort is kept small so each family receives attention and the group can build real trust.
Each session builds on the last, moving from orientation through body, choice, healing, and integration.

When you reach out, I take time to understand you fully, not rush you through a form. I will meet you with warmth, listen to what matters most, and help you figure out the best way forward. No pressure, no waiting room, just a human conversation about where you are and what you need.
I bring steady, trained presence through your labor and birth. Comfort practices, advocacy, and a witness who stays with you through every hour, in the hospital, birth center, or at home.
