Understanding your body, your options, your birth.
I teach birth as physiology, as a passage the body already knows. My childbirth education is rooted in my Lamaze training and years of experience, offered as a private practice paced to your questions.
I offer every inclusion as a living practice, each one paced to the rhythm your body and family ask for.
Sessions are held one on one or in a small circle of your choosing, virtually or in person, so the learning meets you where you are.
I walk you through the stages of labor, the language your body uses, and the map of what is happening within you.
I teach the Lamaze practices I use with my own doula clients, breath, positioning, and the tools that carry a body through each stage.
You leave with the language to understand your options, hold conversations with your care team, and make informed choices as they arise.

We move together, from your first questions, through the language and practices of labor, into the early hours of postpartum, at whatever pace this season of your life asks for.

An initial inquiry to me is just that, a slow first letter. I will meet you with warmth and without a calendar between us.
I bring steady, trained presence through your labor and birth. Comfort practices, advocacy, and a witness who stays with you through every hour, in the hospital, birth center, or at home.
