The Passage

Birth Doula Services

A witness who stays with you through every hour.

I hold birth as a passage, offered as a sacred rite. My doula support is the steady hand through it, trained in comfort, fluent in advocacy, present with you from early labor through the first golden hour, wherever you choose to birth.

What is held within

The shape of the work,
made plain.

I offer every inclusion as a living practice, each one paced to the rhythm your body and family ask for.

01

Prenatal preparation visits

I sit with you for two to three unhurried visits before birth, to map your hopes, your questions, your birth plan, and the people who will be in the room.

02

Continuous labor support

I am on call for you from 38 weeks. I arrive the moment you call and stay through the first hour after your baby is here, hospital, birth center, or home.

03

Comfort and advocacy practice

I teach you breath, positioning, counter-pressure, rebozo, and hydrotherapy, along with the language to ask questions, hold your ground, and choose your care with clarity.

04

Partner and kin coaching

I train your partner or chosen kin alongside you, so the people closest to you know exactly how to be present when it matters.

The Rhythm

How the season
unfolds.

Weeks 28 to 36

I hold two to three prenatal visits with you, birth preferences, comfort practice, and advocacy rehearsal.

Weeks 38 to birth

I am on call 24/7, reach me by phone or text, and I arrive when labor calls.

Labor and birth

I stay with you in person from active labor through the first golden hour.

First week

I return for one postpartum visit to debrief the birth and make sure your transition home is held.
